Bookings

• Strictly pre-bookings only. Do not turn up unless you have booked

• An over 18 year old must supervise at all times

• Dog waste must be cleaned up and taken home

• All litter must be taken away

• No smoking of cigarettes in the field. Cigarette butts can be fatal to the livestock. They have use of the field at certain times in the year

• Maximum two cars per booking. There is limited parking

• You use the field, and the equipment at your own risk

• You are responsible for checking the gate is closed when you are using the field

• You must keep your dogs on a lead until you are inside the secure fenced area. There is livestock in the surrounding fields

• You only have 45 minutes for each slot booked.Please start to get your dogs ready a few minutes before your time ends to ensure you don’t overrun into someone else’s time slot

Cancellations

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full price

• If the booking has to be cancelled due to adverse or unsafe weather conditions, we will offer an alternative time slot

• You are completely and solely responsible for your dogs at all times

• You must adhere to your time slot. If you arrive late, you still have to leave at your booked end time

Dogs

• Please ensure your dogs are up to date with worm treatments and vaccinations

• If you see any dog waste, please clear it up. We want to keep the field as clean as possible

• If your dog has shown signs of illness in the last 48 hours, please cancel your booking

Responsibility

• If you see a breach in our fencing please report it to us immediately

• Do not let your children play on, or use the dog agility equipment. It is solely for dog use only

• Please leave any of our toys/equipment in the field. Don’t take them home with you

• We run a two strike policy.If you don’t abide by the rules, we will firstly speak with you and check that you understand the rules. The second breach of the rules you will no longer be able to book to use the field
